In Productivity
I cannot risk leaving my job for a side hustle that I’ve just started working on. I decided to do both of them simultaneously. Now the problem was I had long working hours and it was almost impossible to come home, do chores and then work on business. I decided to work on weekends but it also didn’t work out so I knew I'll have to choose one. At that point of time, job was the choice as I had a lot of responsibilities that I cannot skip like paying loans, groceries, bills, rent and much more.
Few days passed by and it was the end of the month, I was doing the calculations of where and how much I spent this month only to realize that I was wasting so much money on parties. I questioned myself, "I don’t have enough time and money to start a business but I have both to waste on parties?" and that hit me hard.
Many of us think that we don’t have the resources to do something but we have everything when it comes to doing what we like. But you know some things are easier said than done, and this is exactly what happened with me. I started again, and it took me not one more day than a week to realise that I will have to WORK while at parties you have fun.
I left it yet again, and this time for almost a year until one day I was talking to a friend and he was telling me about someone and said, “If someone really and truly wants to do something, they will find a way no matter how hard it gets.” Well, now that stayed with me. So, this time when I started, nothing else but my attitude was different. I knew that I was doing this for myself because I wanted to do it.
There are many techniques for productivity, but according to me, no technique will work if you don’t have the want to do it.

I used to have a really unhealthy relationship with food, constantly comparing myself to others and feeling guilty whenever I ate anything that wasn't "healthy." It wasn't until I started making small changes that I realized just how much power I had over my own body and mind😌
Firstly, I stopped comparing myself to others. I realized that everyone's body is different, and what works for one person might not work for me. Instead of trying to mold myself into someone else's idea of "healthy," I started focusing on what felt good for my own body💪🏼 I made healthy swaps where I could – swapping out sugary snacks for fresh fruits, for example. But I didn't restrict myself to the point of misery.
Another thing that helped me was being more mindful of what I was putting in my body. I started paying attention to how different foods made me feel – both physically and mentally. I found that certain foods, like broccoli and sweet potatoes, made me feel energized and satisfied, while others, like processed snacks and sugary drinks, left me feeling slow and guilty🤔
But perhaps the most important thing I learned was how to practice mindful eating. This means taking the time to appreciate each bite of food, instead of mindlessly scarfing it down. I found that when I ate slowly and mindfully, I was more aware of when I was full and less likely to overeat.
Overall, developing a healthy relationship with food has been a journey, but it's one that's been so worth it. Learning to appreciate foods that agree with my body and make me feel good has been incredibly empowering and I'm so grateful for the lessons I've learned along the way😎
