I remeber the time when I decided to go for my solo adventure. It was no doubt the most amazing time for experiencing different places and talking with locals but what I will appreciate the most is that I discovered my true self during that adventure.
One of the things I found out was that I am very confident while talking with people. I have good communication skills and love to learn about the history of the places I visit, like who built it and why. Being alone forced me to do everything on my own, which helped me realize my strengths.
On the other hand, I also discovered my weaknesses. I realized that I get emotional and demotivated easily after even a small inconvenience. However, this experience taught me to look for inspiration in new places and spend time reflecting. It helped me become more open-minded and learn to trust my intuition.
Travelling solo also taught me what my limits are. I learned to push myself out of my comfort zone and try new things. It was scary at times, but I always felt a sense of accomplishment afterwards. Most importantly, this journey helped me realize what is important to me in life. I came back home feeling refreshed and ready to tackle any challenge that comes my way.
I encourage you to spend some time with yourself (solo travel is one way), who knows you might dicover the real you, your abilities, your strenghts and weakness or something new which might help you in future.
